The Big Sky Shootout is a full-on visual celebration of Big Sky’s ski community. This little, annual film festival has produced cult classics like Higher Love I & II, Snow Dreams, Master Blader, and Dirt Bag Time Machine, just to name a few. The Shootout was put on hold for a few years due to the pandemic and Lone Peak Cinema shutting down, but with the help of Shootout founders Scott & Sally Fisher and some Shootout veterans our team is working to ensure that this Big Sky tradition is here to stay.
